First Home Buyers on the increase
The first home buyers segment of the market is showing signs of life after the Governments stimulus package. RP Data has reported that as at September this year, first home buyers accounted for 19.7% of all housing finance commitments nationwide.
Western Australiahas among the greatest percentage of first home buyers in the nation, recording 20.6% first home buyer dwellings financed.
